Currently, Ms. Geringer’s portfolio consists of 500,000 square feet of Class A office in Clayton, Missouri. Her responsibilities include: client and tenant relationship management, personnel management, financial analysis reporting, construction management, monthly tenant billing and aged delinquencies.

Bernell Rice joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2014 and currently serves as a director in the company’s Lee’s Summit, Missouri, office. With over 37 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Rice has substantial expertise in retail and office leasing, property management, land development and project management.
