Vernon Walters joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 1996 and currently serves as director of facilities for the United States National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA’s) Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), located in south Kansas City. The $687 million campus, which opened in November 2012 and employs roughly 2,800 people, consists of 1.5 million rentable square feet of manufacturing, laboratory, office and warehouse space that sits on 174 acres.
John Wells joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of management experience from previous positions as an operations manager for a major industrial intermodal company and as an officer in the United States Navy.
As a property manager at Newmark Grubb Zimmer, Mr.
Robin Fish joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2015 and currently serves as a property manager. Ms. Fish most recently spent seven years with the Downtown Overland Park Partnership, where she was involved in economic development and marketing as well as tenant and property owner support. Prior to that, Ms.
Kassie Murphy joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2015 and currently serves as a property manager. Ms. Murphy brings to her position a combined seven years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
As a manager of commercial office and industrial properties, Ms.
Donna Knopp joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2014 and currently serves as senior property manager. Ms. Knopp manages commercial property portfolios of approximately 1,200,000 square feet throughout the Kansas City metro and Lenexa, Kansas, area.
Bernell Rice joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2014 and currently serves as a director in the company’s Lee’s Summit, Missouri, office. With over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Rice has substantial expertise in retail and office leasing, property management, land development and project management. Mr.
John Strharsky joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2002 and currently serves as a vice president/property manager. Mr. Strharsky brings to his position 30 years of property management experience. He is currently responsible for a portfolio of commercial office and industrial property totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet.
Alan Moore joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2013, bringing with him an extensive background in facility management and operations. As deputy facility manager, Mr. Moore brings to the firm a disciplined, adaptable and customer service-oriented approach to property and facilities management. During his 32-year career, Mr.
Kim Wieland joined Zimmer Real Estate Services in 2011 and currently serves as a property manager. Ms. Wieland has more than 30 years of management experience, particularly in construction and telecommunications.
Jack Livingston joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2003 and currently serves as a vice president/property manager. Mr. Livingston oversees a portfolio that includes Class A office buildings, medical office buildings and educational facilities. He is responsible for property maintenance, lease enforcement, tenant relations, rent collection, contract negotiations and administration, and budget preparation and implementation.
