The Newmark Grubb Zimmer Team of Michael VanBuskirk, SIOR, CCIM, CRE, Justin Beal, and Chris Robertson successfully brokered the sale of a class A, 8,400 square foot multi-tenant medical office building located at 820 W Frontier Lane in Olathe, Kansas. The building was 85% occupied at the time of the sale including two tenants, Preferred Pediatrics and KC Allergy and Asthma. The building was constructed in 2006 and benefits from its close proximity to the Olathe Medical Center. Utilizing an aggressive marketing strategy, the Newmark Grubb Zimmer team was able to quickly generate significant interest and sell this asset on behalf of a local private investor group. The buyer was a California based private investor assisted by Don Maddux of Block Real Estate Services, LLC.
