Michelle Geringer is a property manager at Newmark Grubb Zimmer’s St. Louis office. Currently, her portfolio consists of approximately 650,000 square feet of assorted assets. Her full-service property management portfolio includes 500,000 square feet of Class A office space in Clayton, Missouri, as well as 150,000 square feet of retail space throughout the St. Louis market. Ms. Geringer also oversees the asset management of 15,000 square feet of out-of-state retail space. Her responsibilities include client and tenant relationship management, personnel oversight and management, financial analysis reporting, construction management, monthly tenant billing and aged delinquencies. Her specialties include onboarding new accounts and asset transition management.
Ms. Geringer began her real estate career in 2012 at Gershman Commercial Real Estate, where she assisted with various portfolios consisting of office, retail and industrial space. There she played a major role in implementing numerous processes and procedures, including tenant work order requests and lease processing.
