Managing Director, Investment Properties
Dan Rossini joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2017 and currently serves as managing director of investment properties in the company’s St. Louis, Missouri, office. Mr. Rossini specializes in buyer and seller representation in investment transactions with assets ranging from $1 to $25 million both on a regional and national basis. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2005 with Grubb & Ellis/Gundaker Commercial. He has joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer to leverage the global platform and assist in delivering a higher level of investment sales service and expertise to clientele.
Mr. Rossini joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer after serving as a vice president with Colliers International. Prior to Colliers, Mr. Rossini was a director with Cushman & Wakefield/Gateway Commercial.
Mr. Rossini has worked with both public and private REITs, pension funds, investment advisory firms, developers and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of assets. With a focus on both single-tenant net-leased properties and multi-tenant assets, Mr. Rossini has completed sales in the retail, industrial and multi-family markets. He remains focused on his clients’ needs, specifically timing, discretion and risk mitigation, all while maximizing returns.
