Wichita, Kansas (December 18, 2015) — Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) announces the $11.5 million sale of Epic Center Office Tower, which has been a landmark in Wichita, Kansas for nearly 30 years. At 325 feet, the iconic office building remains the state’s tallest feature since its construction in 1987.
With the backdrop of earthmovers, Lone Elm Logistics Center developers and city officials gathered for the groundbreaking of the 496k SF Class A Industrial Building. The Lone Elm Logistics Center is a 496,150 SF Class A industrial building located just south of 159th Street and Lone Elm Road in Olathe, KS.
