Newmark Grubb Zimmer Assists in Sale of St. Charles Retail Center

St. Louis, MO (January 2019) – The Newmark Grubb Zimmer investment team of Dan Rossini and Jay Kerley assisted in the sale of the Zumbehl Center, a 9,050 sf retail center, located at 1786 Zumbehl Road in St. Charles, Missouri.

 

The retail center is 80% occupied by Concentra Urgent Care, with one small vacancy and was previously owned by Bank of America, N.A., Sole Trustee of the Robert Kaplan Trust. Newmark Grubb Zimmer represented the buyer, Difani Properties, LLC in the transaction.
