Newmark Grubb Zimmer sells 65,000 sf Intertech building to Bamboo Equity Partners

St. Louis, MO (March 2019) – The Newmark Grubb Zimmer investment team of Mike Carlson, SIOR, CCIM, Jay Kerley, Dan Rossini and Ben Albers successfully brokered the sale of the Intertech building, a 65,000 sf multi-tenant office building located at 1859 Bowles Avenue in Fenton, Missouri.  Newmark Grubb Zimmer represented the seller, an affiliate of Hudson Advisors, in the sale of the 78 percent occupied building to St. Louis-based Bamboo Equity Partners.
