Kansas City, MO (October 2018) – Racheal Leonard has joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer (NGZ) as the Business Operations Manager in the Kansas City, Missouri office. A 20-year operations veteran, Ms. Leonard has substantial expertise in operations management including, human resources, marketing, office, and administrative services management.

Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Zimmer, Ms. Leonard served one year as a business manager for SG360, a commercial janitorial company and over three years as an assistant vice president at Bank of America. In this capacity, Ms. Leonard was the general manager, responsible for overseeing operations, sales, human resources, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Ms. Leonard has also held several management positions with other Fortune 500 companies such as Lockheed Martin, Deloitte, Watson Wyatt and McDonald’s Corporation.
